Stone Branch School of Art Studio Policies


1. Tuition

  • Tuition is due at the FIRST class of the month (Auto payments will be changed by the 5th day of the month.) A $20 late payment fee will be charged after the 10th of the month.

  • One time material fee of $50 will be applied to all new students.

  • $35 will be charged for each returned check.


2. Withdrawals and Refunds

  • We request written notification 30 days prior to withdrawal from a class.

  • No tuition credit will be applied to other programs such as camp, workshops, etc.

  • Tuition refunds are accepted ONLY for moving, family, or medical emergencies.

  • Refunds are subject to loss of deposit in the amount of one month’s tuition.


3.  Absence

  • Missed classes need to be made up within TWO weeks or prior to the missed class. Please notify instructor or director of plans to miss class no less than 24HR before class


  • We will hold a student’s space for a class for one month’s grace absence. If a student wishes to return, he/she needs to notify the instructor to prior to restarting.

  • A student forfeits a class spot after one month.

  • Stone Branch is not responsible for art works and materials if a student fails to reclaim them after ONE month after leaving the studio.


4. Belongings

  • Students need to put their names on all their belongings and materials.

  • Students have to ask for a permission to borrow other students’ materials and studio materials for each time they want to use them.

  • Stone Branch will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please do not bring valuable items to the studio.


5. Behavior

  • Any student whose behavior interfere/endangers himself, herself or others will be removed from the class without refund.

  • Treat instructors with respect when you come to the studio. Any disrespectful behavior towards instructors will be addressed and may be grounds for a termination.


6. Copyrights and proprietary rights

  • I hereby give Stone Branch School of Art permission to use photographs of me or my child and my or my child’s artwork for promotional purpose.

  • No work produced at Stone Branch School may be submitted under another school or institution name for competition or art show.


I hereby release and discharge and indemnify Stone Branch School LLC, its faculty, employees, contractors, it’s directors, officers, and agents from all liability for loss, damage, injury or illness to my or my child and my or my child’s property relating to or deriving from my or my child’s presence at Stone Branch School of Art and my or my child’s participation in Stone Branch School of Art activities by whatever cause.


I understand and give my permission for photographs of my son/ daughter and /or their artwork to be used for promotional purposes by Stone Branch School of Art.


I understand and agree that the student is expected to carry his/her own accident/medical insurance. I release Stone Branch LLC form any and all liability and/or claims arising out of personal injury or loss of any kind. If authorize Stone Branch to administer or authorize medical treatment for the student as deemed necessary.
